Redneck 4 Wheeler

So, I'm out to lunch today, sitting in a drive-thru, I look over and see this magnificently brilliant version of what I can only imagine, is some type of Redneck ATV. I seriously thought that modified lawn mowers died when Tim the Tool Man stopped airing. Although I'm sure it's still on somewhere. Germany maybe? They really dig the Hoff (David Hasselhoff). I can only chalk this up to geo-mislocation, which is living somewhere between peopleofwalmart.com and failblog.
